closest to swim instructor i love helping others learn to swim as it allows them to do new activities they wouldn't have been able to do before. teaching others to swim is a great opportunity because it allows you to see those you instruct grow and become more comfortable in the water... i'm sure this is similar for most other coaching/instructing positions.
