Question
Was there a spark that kindled your interest before you ever seriously considered being a Photographer?
Answer
The most important thing I did was to surround my self with talented and creative people who shared my passion for photography, we learned from each other and shared tips back and forth. I also take workshops as often as I can, there is always something new to learn and it is great to get someone else's perspective on things!
I believe it is creativity and a good eye for composition. You really have to think outside the box to get that special shot!
For me the most rewarding experience is when I capture pure emotion in a photo and everyone who looks at that picture feels it immediately.
I have always been interested in Photography, I started taking pictures at 18yrs old, I grew up with a dark room in our home and I loved watching my mothers pictures appear in the trays. She was very talented and she inspired me to improve. Then I became too busy and I put my photography away for many years, and about 3 years ago I got the urge to start taking pictures again, and haven't looked back!!!
