Worked harder than everyone who worked for me. Listened as much as I spoke (though I admit I could always have benefited from listening even more!). Recognized and appreciated the support and critiques of my mentors.
Patience.
Being able to positively influence the careers of my employees, and see them grow and prosper, as a result of my mentoring and their application.
My career has been thrillingly diversified, presenting me varied opportunities to lead and influence. The chance to lead marketing activities at a multinational corporation was too enticing to give up. It afforded me a priceless opportunity to grow and learn, whilst sharing as much of my professional self as possible.
