I thinks being a Health Services Manager was OK

In theory (and according to sokanu), the best job for me. In reality, I find the resource-strained, unionized healthcare environment to be incredibly toxic. I like the challenge to improve things, but resistance to change is very high so it's very hard to stay engaged as a middle manager.
