Careers For ENTP Personalities

Extroversion, intuition, thinking, and perception are the four words that make up ENTP - one of the 16 psychological types that are used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. ENTPs account for about three percent of the population. These individuals have a quick mind and a quick tongue, and love to argue - both to show off their debating skills and just for the fun of it. This, of course, upsets anyone who doesn't understand the concept of arguing as a sport. This type also doesn't mince words and cares little about being seen as sensitive or compassionate. They have little patience with those they consider wrongheaded or unintelligent and show little restraint in demonstrating this.

In the workplace, ENTP personalities are focused on developing solutions to interesting and diverse technical and intellectual problems. They love pushing the limits of their creativity, flexing their mental muscles, devising new approaches, new ideas and new projects. ENTPs are natural leaders, showing the way forward and inspiring others with sound logic and intellectual prowess.
