Careers For INFJ Personalities

Introversion, intuition, feeling and judgement are the four words that make up INFJ - one of the 16 psychological types that are used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Only one percent of the population has an INFJ personality type, making it the most rare of all the types.

INFJs are artistic, creative, gentle, caring, complex and highly intuitive individuals. They place great importance on having things done in an orderly and systematic way, and put a tremendous amount of faith into their instincts and intuitions. In the workplace, the INFJ is seen in creative and somewhat independent areas, having a natural affinity for art, the sciences, or service-oriented professions.
